sony RDR_HX510S HDD upgrades?

Hi, ive just joined so a bit confused bout where to post this, anyway hope as we may, ive read in a magazine recently that people are upgrading the HDD's in sky+ boxes... my question is.. Is it possible to upgrade the HDD in my sony DVD/HDD recorder as it is only an 80GB drive? Is it possible and if so do you know anyone who has done it? please help

Unfortunately Sony have firmware limited there machines, so unless you can reverse engineer the firmware you will be out of luck.
