Need some input on what to buy

First sorry that I have had to ask this question as I know alot of newer models have been discussed here.

I was looking to replace my Samsung combi/dvd player with something like combi/dvd recorder with HDMI. However my current model of the VHS player will play worlwide tapes and output pure NTSC so i can record this onto my Panny.

I know Samsung have a 336 model out but I am a little confused as they don't seem to record to DVD_Ram no more?

Have they gone of the idea as I wanted something as an addition to my Panny E85 and I have lots of DVD-Ram disc's.

My ideal item I would love to have is

VHS/DVD recorder (with HD if not to costly) with HDMI with Divx playback (hence why I can't go for the newer Panny's). Also possible Freeview.

If possible an all in one with a Home Cinema.

Again I know Samsung do a Home Cinema with a DVD Player with HDMI but don't seem to do a all in one.

I know it's a big ask but I am trying to cut down my equipment from this

VHS/DVD combi
Home Cinema system (over 3 years old Sony)

Does anyone know if such a system exists? or am I best to wait for this Blu-Ray equipment instead of wasting money now?

Thanks
