can someone help? I have a Phillips DVDR 880 dvd recorder/player. I also have a Sony TRV620e Video camera. These are both good pieces of kit if a little old now. I tried to record a holiday video taken on the camera straight into the DVD recorder. It worked well and would play back on my tv. It would not work on either of two of my friend's dvd players though. can anyone tell me why? Is it some kind of format problem? Is it time I had an upgrade to one of those camera's that hold doscs instead of film? Thanks for any help or guidance anyone can give.
