Panasonic DMR-E20 Scart

Hi I was wondering did anyone have a fault on their Pan e20 concerning the scarts. At the moment I have no output or input from either AV1. AV2 the s-socket is OK and could anyone enlighting me on what the fault could be and is it easy to fix. I checked the settings on the internal menu and its OK

AV1 = VIDEO , AV2 = NORMAL.

I would be grateful for any info. Thank you.

What are you trying to fed the E20? You should connect your input (assuming it is S-Video or Video) to AV2 and the have AV1 going to your TV. Note the E20 has no RGB input.
