Red Eye Remote (Slightly O/T)
Apologies for posting slightly O/T.
I just ordered the Red Eye Remote to go with my newly ordered Toshiba RD-XS32 and my telewest Digital Cable Box.
This question is for anyone who has ordered one of these from letsautomate.com before.
When I placed my order it said they were out of stock and it was a back order. I received on-screen confirmation and an order number, but nothing by email.
I went back to the site and tried to log into the 'My Account' section using the email address I ordered with and it said it could not find me (I didn't exist!).
Does anyone know if this is normal with letsautomate.com or if there's a problem. I am hoping that because the item is on back order that my order hasn't been processed yet and therefor I don't exist in their sysem.
Any help appreciated.
