Panasonic E55 PQ vs Sony NS900 DVD

Hi,

I'm hoping for some advice please guys - I've currently got a Sony NS900 DVD/SACD player. I'm about to venture into the world of Plasma screens and am thinking about getting the Panasonic E55 to do my upconversion to Component for the Sky+.

I've never used the SACD side of things on the Sony so was wondering whether the PQ on the Panasonic would do justice over the Sony if I made it my sole DVD player?

Thoughts?

Chris

Any thoughts on the quality of the E55 as a sole DVD player in the system..
