help setting up audio denon 1740

Hi there

I have managed to sort out my amp denon 1907 at long last and with a lot of help from you guys

Now trying to sort out the setting on the dvd i have it connected to tv with HDMI cable and an optical cable to the amp.

Can some one help me i have the following to adjust in the audio setting

DRC on or off
LPCM on or off
Doly ditial pcm or bitstream
DTS off or bitstream
MPEG Pcm or bistream
AUDO mode HDMI or analog

What options should i use the amp has its own decoder i think but the instruciton manual makes no sense to a novice just want the best sound out of the amp

Also on the display options i have the following

video out - scart/ component interlace or component progressive
prog mode - auto 1 or auto 2 or video
HDMI select YCBCR or HDMI
HDMI picture Normal orenhanced

Any pointers on this as well

Lots of questions hopefully there is help out there

cheers
