Pioneer DV-350 and Panasonic TX28PL1?

I keep chaning my mind, one minute I think I'll keep my 2109, the next I think sod it, get a newer player...

Looking at the DV-350 from avland, fairly basic, good picture, good media compatability, plays MP3s.

I'm getting a Panasonic TX28PL1 delivered this Saturday and I'm sure I read about "odd" things happening with certain items with the RGB playback on this telly...

Does anyone have this combo, or any thoughts on the matter?

The Panny is NTSC compliant and surely poor RGB would be an inbuilt fault which would be kind of stupid of Panasonic?

Haven't had any problems so far with my digibox, or my 2109 and the panny, with either R1 or R2 material
