Question DVD Problem!
I just purchased a Toshiba SD1800 (canadian) DVD Player
I have a really old TV and I had to hook the DVD player through my VCR to my TV the only problem is when I play a DVD the brightness goes up and down 30 sec it will be fine and then the next 5 sec it will be bright HELP!! How can I fix this? Is it my DVD player? Help shawna

Sounds like Macrovision kicking in through the video link. Think you have got to get a more direct link to the TV. I'm sure there are others on this forum who can offer more detail.
