Question 720p component NOT on the DV696

settle this Question.

Why can't you switch settings to 720p using component but obviously you can on HDMI.

Just bought an XBox 360 and you can succesfully switch to 720p or 1080i using component.

Weird or just not a selectively good Component switchable player
