Panasonic DVD-RAM

Hi all

I'm in the process of uprading to HD. I currently have 3 (yes I know - overkill) DVD Panasonic recorders. Lots of DVD's, but all on DVD-Ram.
Question is....does anybody know of a good DVD on the market that will upscale DVD's to HD quality, with an HDMI connection, and will play DVD-Rams, or should I stick with the new Pannys while I'm waiting for Blu-Ray
Many thanks.

Re: Panasonic DVD-RAM

The Panasonic S52 will do the trick. It has an excellent picture/sound quality for its price class and upscaling works very well (if you know you have to set the Tranfer Mode to Cinema or Video manually for each disk for the correct pulldown, which is NOT mentioned or explained in the manual).
