marantz dv7010 or tosh220e cd playback with 3802

august what hi fi mag r/s doing tosh sd220e and marantz dv7010 at reasonable prices, i have tosh sd110e r2 only and nad cd 540 player, sd110e gives a good pictureon dvd ,but is lacking in cd playback, would the marantz dv7010 give an improvment over the nad 540 cd player i have denon 3802 a/v amp, my tv does not have component or prog scan sockets only rgb+s vidio so socketry other than coax or optical not an issue thank you
