HDMI Colour setting?

Can someone please explain the differences between the HDMI colour options on DVD players please.

I have the choice between

Full Range RGB
RGB
Component

It's set on component at the minute. Just wondering

I use a samsung hd-850 which has RGB, RGB -Expand ybcr-4:4:4 and ybcr-4:2:2.
I use ybcr 4:2:2 as this is what dvd is encoded at anyway so it looks the best.
I would say try them and see.
