recomendation of a good quality budget dvd player

hi can u please recommend a good quality multi-region or mult-region hackable budget dvd player (budget would be under £100 but can go to slightly more if player is good enough to warant it).

it would be connected by a rgb scart lead to the rgb scart in put on my 28inch jvc av28t25ek wide screen tv.

at the moment i am using a durabrand dvd 900 which i happy with but the picture quality sometimes is not the best i have seen esspecially from my old toshiba 220 which broke and i also would like a dvd that can player as many formats as possible except dvd-a, sacd and hi-def.

play format and picture and sound quality and price are my only concerns.

thanks for all and any help.
