Sony DVD Parental Lock Out

Does anybody know how to remove the parental lock out from my Sony DVD player model No. DVP-s336.

Hi Deep deep deep undercover in the bowels of your instruction manual there is a code to reset it ,I cannot remember off the top of my head I hope this helps.

Thats the proplem I have lost the instruction manual I kept the code but have forgotten which buttons to press can you help.

I can't type anything in as I have been locked out. I'm told I may need to hold a couple of buttons down this will unlock the screen, then I will be able to type the pass word in.

I am sure that your dad knows how to remove the parental lock but if he wanted you to know he would tell you himself.

Try the Sony Customer Information Centre :-

The Sony UK Customer Information Centre is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, except Thursday when the centre opens at 9.30 due to staff training. To contact the centre please call 08705 111 999.
