Multi-Region player no longer working with anything other than R2 Discs.

I have a multiregion Tosh 220 player. It was bought ready converted from Richer Sounds a couple of years back.

Just settled in to watch a recent R1 purchase and it wont look at it.

"disc playback unauthorised"

Tried another disc I know to be R1 and it wont play that either. R2 is fine though.

Tried disconnecting the power supply, but no effect.

What on earth is going on ?
