Modelgadget refund troubles..

In feb this year(2009) my girlfiend ordered 3 R4 carts..soon afterwards they stopped selling these and said we get a full refund...but still nothing after numerous mail to modelgadget and worldpay who handle the transactions....anyone else had these problems ? any help would be greatly appriceated..and the moral of this story..AVOID madelgaget at all costs !!!! and also think twice about using worldpay to pay for items as they just don't seem interested when things go wrong..at least with paypal you get some cover !!!!!!

Re: Modelgadget refund troubles..

I had exactly the same problem in March after ordering and paying for a M3DS Real . Money taken immediately through Worldpay and then informed 4 days later that product no longer supplied. Promised refund has never appeared despite numerous e-mails to Model-gadget and Worldpay who are a waste of space and not interested at all. Model-gadget do not reply to E-mails. I will certainly never use either them or Worldpay in the future.

ALL BEWARE!!!!!!
