DS lite price

Hi there

Ive been asked to buy a DS lite for my mum and was wondering if they would be going down in price any time soon as the new dsi is out? also, will the dsi replace the lite or will they both be sold side by side?

Thanks

Re: DS lite price

The DS Lite is and will for quite some time yet run side by side with the new DSi. Prices are not coming down, staying around the £99 for the DS Lite.
There is quite a number of second hand DS Lites around for sale due to folks upgrading to the DSi, but there still holding their price second hand (around £75)

Would you believe that Argos are about the best high street price at the moment £97.79, this is even cheaper than the likes of Play.Com and Amazon.

Re: DS lite price

guess that could be another factor as many people are downloading all there games now and Nintendo are loosing money so guess they need to make it back some way or other.
