| Re: Connect DS to internet with a DSTT Card to play online
Ignore the above member's post. You not being able to connect to the internet is very likely to have nothing to do with the card itself. Also there are numerous reasons (which you can research yourself if you wish) for the DSTT being BETTER than the R4 as well as being CHEAPER.
With your game loaded, check through the "nintendo wfc settings" to see whether you can get a signal, if not then you won't be able to play online with any game, be it from the DSTT or a retail card. There could be numerous reasons for this being the case, including your wifi source not functioning properly or you not linking your ds to the signal correctly (in which case you'll need to research how to do so).
The exact cause of these problems is for you to figure out for yourself really. For example, are you able to get a signal from another device such as a laptop or a phone? Have you tried going online with a (real) retail game card? As mentioned, it could be that your wifi source is faulty or it could be a fault in your ds itself. The game you downloaded could also be faulty (A.K.A "a bad dump") - in which case you should obtain another copy from a different source, It is also possible that your sd card has corrupted in some way, something that a format can fix if the cause of this problem.
