The Animal Crossing Friend Code thread

Hi everyone, it's just an experiment really to see if people would be willing to share friend codes for Animal Crossing WW. Obviously there would be an element of trust and honesty involved here, but we are all forum users and I'm sure we can be mature

Because in order to visit a friend in Animal Crossing both parties must have swapped friend codes, I believe that it should be safe to do so online, at least via PM.

Let me know if you have any thoughts on this, because I'm sure this thread could prove to be very worthwhile, especially when the game gets a UK release at the end of the month.

I think it is all right as long as we keep the actual codes via PM. We can use a thread to coordinate things. I will add your details tonight and send you mine later (via PM)

Can any one tell me what (if any thing) people can do that is malicious? As far as I can see there isn’t much you can do if you visit elsewhere!!!

Hackers have found a way to basically lock you out of your village completely, all they need is your friends code. Definitely pms are the way to go to swap friend codes, just to be on the safe side.

I think people will go mad for this game on uk release,especially kids.Definitely outsell nintendogs.It is one of those everlasting games.

It is addictive though mate, it grows on you, the more you play the more you get out of it. I don't understand the cafe bit in the museum though. Anything you can actually do in there?

In the Cafe, KK Slider plays there every Saturday - Have totally got out of the way of playing this - Danwalton, think it was you who gave me your friends code, I honestly haven't been on in at least a month!!!
