... Having spoken to a few members, it looks like a daily open session starting at 22:00 (UK) works, so lets run with this for a while and see how we get on... If this is successful, we'll think about some sort of league table.!? I'll update the above list as and when new members arrive...

Good racing The Muff tonight, shame nobody else could make it... I did see the blue 'friend' icon appear mid way through a race, so I assume someone else tried to connect (around 23:15???)...

Great idea, if I can drag myself of PG3 I'll try and find some of you one of these nights for a race or two(or 3...). Haven't even opened the DS in ages

What time..? Like I said, I saw the blue icon once and immediately exited the game I was playing and went to the friends room, but there was nobody there.!?

The blue icon is telling you that you have friends logged in, but they maybe mid game, which could last up to ten minutes... I suggest that all players return to the friends room after every game to give others a chance to join in.!?

Well done SimonO for setting this up. Unfortunately my internet connection died this weekend and I am away all this week and I dont think my company would appreciate paying for wifi in a hotel just so I can compete with the racing!

I should be able to have a quick blast on Thursday though but only if my flight lands on time!

had a lot of problems connecting, seemed to sort itself out after I powered down for a bit, removed the cartridge etc.

got slapped hard by "the muff"

& then got some black screen & error message

defo need to prac more & learn the courses

Good games last night McMad i seemed to have a lot of luck though! they were a lot closer than the win-loss victory would say!.

I got a little further tonight, the startline against chaddy and The Muff, however sadly that's as far as I got... Friends racing, for me at least, is a bit hit and miss

...

Hi, I finally got my new DS online after a couple of weeks offline unlocking stuff in Mario Kart. I just got done with 150CC mirror cup, and aside from a few frustrating races (blue shell hits me on final corner as cpu players race past!) I found it much easier than the regular 150CC cups!

Anyway I took MKDS online this afternoon for an hour and got my rear end handed to me. What fun!!
