ds or dsi

hi folks

looking for a pick me up games machine. was going to get go but been enjoying my daughters ds of late with mario cart and world.

anyhow thought save some £ for the wii and ps and may be buy a dsi?

questions

A is dsi worth it

b i wont use it for music, mainly games, perhaps internet though i have i phone may be not, pos put photos on. i like idea of card slot. what size is this ie die, micro, ect...

c is the screen much better?

was thinking of used dsi or ds but ised nearly 2x as much for dsi.... what to buy

Obvious answer but I guess google will be able to help you out.

Pretty sure the DSi takes SD cards, but a Micro or Mini in an SD adapter will work too.

I haven't used a DSI but if I was going to get one the only reason I would is because new games in the future will take advantage of the consoles new features.

So if it is a gaming machine you want, you've got the cash and you know you are safe for the future of DS games I would get a DSi personally.

If you don't have much money and you only want something to play the quite impressive catalogue of games the DS already has then I would pick up a Lite over in the Classifieds. Get yourself a flashcart too from DX.

Flashcarts are available for both DSlite and DSi.
