Sanyo Z1: Best Powerstrip / Projector Settings for 1024x768

Now that I've got my big screen up, I've started getting into using my PC more with the Z1. I have the settings for 1:1 pixel matching, which is great for watching movies, but most of the games I have need to run at 1024 x 768.

In the main, I can handle the default projector and pc settings for this res, but it is noticeable on games like Eve online which use text quite a bit that there is some flickering.

Does anyone have any good powerstrip / projector settings for this resolution? I'm started to get a sore head, and money is a bit tight for going for a higher native res projector.
