Angry Heat haze on Sony HS10.

Any way to fix it? I've heard it mentioned before but is it considered a normal problem, or have I a faulty Pj?

Basically I get a shimmering heat haze on the right hand 1/3 of the screen. It's very very noticible in light scenes.

PJ is currently right sight up, with loads of room underneath.
