New Diy Sub in the works

Hi,

Im my ever long quest for amazing bass without breaking the bank i have decided to re-build my current diy sub into something bigger and better.

As it stands my current sub is basically a bk monolith with a slightly larger internal volume, this sub was great for a couple of months until i heard a freinds diy sub and my jaw hit the floor.

What im planning to do is more of a sideways step rather than a full blown upgrade. What im planning on doing is going from 1 monolith driver to 2 drivers and re-building in a sonotube style enclosure. Internal volume will have to be up somewhere around 180-250 ltrs which isn't as bad as it sounds as a sonotube takes up little floor space.

It will be ported around 18hz, if this design all goes to plan then i should be greeted with some serious levels of bass to statisfy my needs!

atb,
Greg
