Hi, I recieved this today- stop laughing - The UK release has only the 12 cert theatrical release included, while I believe the USA release is set to feature both theatrical and extended cuts.

Why laugh? In my mind a very enjoyable movie, hopefully with great picture and sound on the new 'blu-ray'.
Perhaps you could report back once you have watched it?

Re: Coyote Ugly - Blu-Ray (UK 10/03 - US 01/04)

Hi Philbam, just finished watching CU, it is the theatrical cut ( which I prefer to the extended cut so that wasn't a problem), As I've only just decided to join the blu-ray army I've only seen a handful of releases but I found the PQ while not stunning was good, A definate improvement over the SD release, The audio I can't comment on as I'm in the process of replacing my amp, but it certanly sounded impressive through my 1080p TV's puny speaker. The only downside was prob due to my player a sony 300, The loading time was for ever, even longer than Fantastic 4 rise of silver surfer disc, I had time to make a cup of tea before it started, also the sony 300's remote was very heavy handed. ( when I pressed stop once it would't allow me to resume playback like most of my other discs, I'm up to date date with the filmware but this may just be one of the Sony 300's little problems), I don't know if the US release on april 1 will be region free for those with UK players like myself, but If the little irks are just down to the sony 300 this is still all be it a tad expensive the best version of CU to date.
