Grainy Blu-ray

I've only seen Blu-ray on my system, so I might have a problem.

Basically, it looks like in every 4 pixels, there's a black one. On a completely white screen, if you get up close you can see black pixels. They seem to flicker too, and I've always noticed it on several Blu-ray's, but mainly X-men 3.

Does anyone know what I mean?

Is it normal? Is there a cure?

Re: Grainy Blu-ray

It looks like your TV has a 1024x768 pixel panel so it maybe the TV's circuit that matches the 1920x1080 of the disc with the TV's available pixels.

May be worth playing with the video modes on your PS3.
