can you get any hardcore porn in HD or BD ?
If so, is it mainly US market and therefore for UK, going to be HD not BD ?

But.... I read somewhere that Sony do not want this material on their BD format and have rejected offers from x-rated production companies. I guess that just leaves HD-DVDs then.

no, sony said they didn't have time to do it themselves but people could go to other plants to get them made. Plus they've recently agreed to do it
to answer the OP, yes, you can get HD porn on HD-DVD, BD and just in general in HD

American Pornography companies supported HD-DVD.
Japanese Have supported Blu-Ray
For me Japanese Porn, like their normal movies and games, wipe the floor with ones made in America. |

will have a hunt around, it will not of course be the decision maker on whether I get a Tosh or a PS3, but have to weigh up all the content before deciding, although can't really see anything exclusive to BD that makes me want to go that way. I bet HD adult content looks pretty good on a 50 inch lol

I'm not too sure - I was thinking the same but some scenes in Basic Instinct looked very good in high def. Maybe porn with high production values will benefit from high def?

Wasn't aware porn had any production values. I do know a producer quite well, he has no HD plans, I've asked him. He says, 'too much information is bad for you', ie his actors and actresses have bad skin.

I bellieve your producer friend... I have a copy of "House of Wax" HD-DVD and in it Paris Hilton looks a right ugly spotty cow whereas I nearly splurge when I see her on SD tv...
