Late delivery!

Anyone else experiencing late delivery? I ordered 300 from DVDWorldUSA and it was shipped on the 31st July, they have allways been brilliant with my other orders!

Re: Late delivery!

Ordered 2 hd-dvds from PacificDVD (or DVDpacific, can never remember) on the 27th June, only got them last week, also had to pay £12 customs charge. Suddenly ordering from the US doesn't seem to appealing anymore.

Re: Late delivery!

You should never order more than one disc at a time from the US. UK customs limit is about £16. Ordering a disc, or discs, that total more than that and you're risking delays and customs charges.

One disc at a time from the US and you'll usually be OK.

Craig
Order one disc at a time and Select "Hold till complete".

DVD Pacific USPS International Surface mail can take between 1-3 weeks. (Usually nearer the 3 week mark)
Other options are faster.

Re: Late delivery!

movietyme recently was crap ! dvdworldusa was very good service. Have used enterprisesdvd a lot in past, bit more expensive but cant fault service and NEVER had customs charge no matter how many ordered/delivered

The limit is £18 and ordering more than 1 item at a time from the US is fine, just make sure you use a customs friendly company like Movietyme or DVDWorldUSA.

Agreed. My recommendations were for when you are not using customs friendly companies like Movietyme such as Amazon or DVD Pacific.
