V for Vendetta HD DVD

Anyone else got this? I thought PQ was amazing - but nothing could prepare me for the Dolby TrueHD soundtrack! The scene where the (spoiler) Houses of Parliament are destroyed to the sound of the Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture was amazing. Can't remember a previous time when I have actually stopped a movie, gone back and viewed the scene again! Definetly the best high def scene I've seen so far

Re: V for Vendetta HD DVD

Wish I hadn't read this

V for Vendetta is my favourite film of the last couple of years - the temptation to add a HD DVD drive to my XBox 360 has just gone up several notches !!

This will be first on the list of HD DVD purchases, definitely.

Ian.

Go on - you know you want to

It is a brilliant film - the HD DVD was my first viewing of the film

Re: V for Vendetta HD DVD

This was one of the movies that were on the list to swing me one way or another in the format war
