Re: Hd Dvd, What Titles Would You Like??

Of course,

Star Wars EP 1-6
Alien, Aliens, Resurection and AVP.. (Alien 3 can be forgotten about! )
Blade, Matrix and LOTR trilogies..

Then in no particular order, ones I can think of now are...
The living Dead trilogy (original G.Romereo), Night, Dawn and Day, (land already on HD-DVD!)
Starship Troopers
Zulu
The Postman
Underworld 1&2
Terminator 1-3
Kill Bill (vol. 1&2)

And into the blue... just for the eye candy

And all future decent films...

I know some of thse might be on BR or even on HD-DVD now or soon, but off the top of my heda these are what I might re-buy eventually on HD.

Re: Hd Dvd, What Titles Would You Like??

If this is specifically HDDVD I'll move it. If its HD in general then I'll leave it. Although it might need to go in the movies forum (I'll have a think)

Re: Hd Dvd, What Titles Would You Like??

Taking the more recent stuff (Sin City/Kill Bill etc) as givens for a spectactular transfer, I reckon these older films would polish up very nicely in HD (considering sound and vision):

Once upon a time in the West
2001
Fight Club
Blade
Diva
Apocalypse Now
Heat
Manhunter
Infernal Affairs
The Limey
Natural Born Killers
Hara Kiri
Ran
Rififi
