Actually i do know and well chuffed i am to be a member of this forum because up until this morning i was clueless and just as stuck Right..... You need to delete all your radio and tv channels by going into the edit channel lists and selecting them all then pressing delete. Following this you need to go into the manual tune menu and search on the appropriate channel for the transmitter within your area, now i know the channel numbers for the winter hill region but you will need to go onto the digital uk website and use their postcode finder to find your transmitter and then the appropriate channel numbers.

When you do go into the manual tune option just remember to enable the search button at the bottom of the page (it will show disable at the moment). Then enter the channel number at the top and search away.
