Confused of Lancashire

Dear Arqiva,

Why have you moved all the services that used to be on channel 60 from Winter Hill to channel 56 ..?

I thought channel 56 was supposed to be dropped at the first DSO ..?

That would explain why my sky via RF has gone buggered up since yesterdays change over.
