any help would be greatly appriciated my daughter has a viewpia 19" freeview lcd tv with built in dvd player its just over a year old and after the change it will find up to 75 channels but cannot display them it just comes up with no signal on the screen. i can tune in bbc itv channel 4 and 5 on normal tv but nothing on the freeview channels. i have tried it on 4 different ariels at different houses but to no avail. thoughtfully my daughter has thrown the instruction manual away and i have had no response from the manfacturer there is no factory reset or anything else that could help. am i just being stupid and overlooked somthing simple or am i forking out for another new tv. any help would be greatly recievied

Can you manually delete all the existing channels before retuning ?

there are no channels stored . it finds about 75 channels and some radio stations then says please wait then the screen goes blank and a screen saver type message comes up no signal.

Is there a manual tune option for the digital tuner ?

it has a manual tune but that doesnt tune anything either unless im doing it wrong

it just says please wait then nothing

from another website:

click menu, on station prog go to EDIT. Press blue button twice, then go to rescan prog. (it seems to clear all previous scanned programs and starts again.
