Hello chaps,

I have a Panasonic DMREX769 dvd/ hard drive freeview recorder. Every day it downloads the tv program guide information.

Since the freeview retune faff (or how to lose the channels you like and gain some crap you don't want) the tv guide is taking around an hour to download as opposed to 20 minutes or so before.

Is this to be expected? (I seem to have lost as many channels as I have gained) Has my machine gone loo la?

Suggestions greatfully received.
