I tried re-tuning my digi-box (it's a cheapie astratec TOPD3 bought for about £25 from tesco to use for setanta) and it looked like the re-tune was working ok, but when it gets to the end there are no tv pictures coming through for any channel. the guide has all the channel names and a wee bit of programme summary, but no picture comes through for any channel (or radio station) at all.

is this just one of the 2% of boxes that doesnt work after the big retune or am i not doing something right?

any advice or knowledge garetfully rcvd ........ unlike the my digi channels!

Have two of these boxes with the same problem.

Cure is to do a software reset from the setup menu, when it goes to standby, unplug the power supply for ten seconds or so.

When the supply is reconnected the box will ask for an OK and then do a search for channels.

All should be well after this.
