Will I need a new aerial?

I will be buying a digital TV (Panasonic X10) + digital DVD recorder (Panasonic EZ48) this month, JL will install the lot (we currently have an old CRT analogue set). My question is: since both appliances will have digital tuners, and our aerial is not tuned to get Freeview at the moment obviously, so will we need a new aerial?

PS: I've checked on the Freeview website, we're OK for Freeview, aerial is about 10 years old

No, aerial should be fine.

To be sure you could request a quote from a TV ariel company. They can advise if the signal is capable to provide all the staions
