Hi, guys

Is anyone aware of a website that you can check with to see if a DTR is one of the "older" machines that apparently loses all channels when re-tuning?

A friend has one of the above and having done an autotune following the changes advertised yesterday the Sagem has now lost all the existing channels and a scan doesn't find any new ones.

This is one with a hard drive and cost a bit so she ain't happy!!

there is an adobe format pdf list showing various models of boxes etc with troubles and the links to this pdf have been posted here several times in recent days

I assume you have a typo in that model number given , as some similar models are listed , so I assume yours is one of them

I suggest you check the threads , check that model number , download that pdf and have a look at it yourself

so yes I would say that pvr is affected , and the number required is 0871 075 0710
