Just a word in praise of WE.

Website fairly easy to navigate (not great, but OK), very responsive and friendly. Prices again OK but not the cheapest.

I used them for a pair of binoculars (which are not that easy to buy on the High street, I've found). Ordered last Monday 11th May at about 5pm. They promised delivery today (Wed 13th) with very prompt confirmation and despatch emails. Lo & behold, they were delivered at 08:20 this morning by ParcelForce.

All in all, a very satisfactory experience from what seem to be a highly professional outfit.

I now await the storm of tales of bad experiences!!

I too have found WE to be fine. Would use them again.

ive ordered from them, ordered on the wed am, arrived on the thur pm, great packagaing etc, was a sigma 70 -300mm apo, will order from them again ( next lens is about £800 so will be saving for a while yet

)

Ive never had bad experiences with them, its just they arent always the cheapest.
