What White balence to use at night?

Although i shoot RAW 100% i would like to get as accurate as possible in camera before doing any PP.
While i know the light varies and can depend on if there is other light in the shot i was just wondering what people use if not using AWB.

Is there a Kelvin number that gets closer than the usual presets?

Cheers.

It'll depend on the mixture of light sources, including flash.

Here's a night shot with a lot of artifical lighting, and I've saved jpgs at different WB settings in Adobe Camera Raw.

I'm quite happy with Auto.

I'd be interested to hear which you folks prefer.

Auto

Tungsten

Re: What White balence to use at night?

Thanks guys.
So far ive been happy with both AWB and tungsten and as stated i always correct it in PP anyway so i guess im better leaving it up to the camera during shooting.

onefivenine, i prefer the Tungsten shot, thanks for posting the pics.
