Don't think this has been mentioned but noticed on their site there's an advert banner that links you over to here where you can get 3 months of the mag for £1.

Only downsides I can see are you have to set it up as direct debit and you need to 'write' to cancel it otherwise at the end they'll take £18.99 every 6 months in subs.

Speaking of such offers, the same is available for practical photography... 3 issues for £1 if you sign up by direct debit.

Even better however is Practical Photography also has an offer of 6 issues for £15 PLUS a free reflector worth £35 (£34 from Jessops, I checked). No direct debit if you don't want. You can pay by credit card. I'm definitely gonna get this as I need a cheap reflector anyway.

i've done this a few times... and no, i never had to write to cancel. i just cancel the ddebit and that's it!
