Recommend a good 5/6mp digital camera I can buy off Ebay for £40-£50

I want to buy a compact digital camera for my brother and he wants something quite decent and simple to use but is only willing to spend £50 max.
It's mainly for family pics, nothing too fancy.
I thought I'd do better looking on Ebay and get something good 2nd hand.

Any suggestions?
