I would be MOST grateful if someone can have a bash at repairing the photo on the link.

I have tried with a downloaded version of PSE7 and made a right hash of it. We are now about to leave for a couple of days visiting relatives and I was hoping to have this done for Christmas.

Are there any kind-hearted souls out there?!

The photo is of a mate's mum, who died suddenly in the summer and he wants a copy printing for his dad. It is a 45year old slide and the link is the best I can get from it! It's not much to work with.

Any help very much appreciated.

Here is another version to add to your choice. I have tried to retain the authenticity of the photo but added a little sharpness. I have retained the pixels but increased the image size (the original I downloaded was only a couple of centimetres with a very high resolution) and therefore decreased the resolution.

I can also email you the resized image.

Hope your friend is pleased with the result you choose.
