canon lens

hi
i have a canon eos 1000f (not digital)
with this i have a canon 35-80mm and canon 80-200mm lens

i would like to know if these lenses would fit and work correctly in the canon digital camera's such as the 350, 400, 450
if this is so then i could just buy a body and make use of the lenses i have

Re: canon lens

Assuming they are EF mount lenses then yes they'll fit on a 350D, 400D and 450D

These Digital SLRs feature a 'crop factor' of 1.6 - meaning 35mm on your lens won't appear as wide on the DSLR as it does on your 1000F (in practice the field of view will look more like 56mm)

Crop Factor Explained

If you like to shoot wide, you'd probably be as well picking up a 18-55mm lens in addition to the body (won't cost too much more)
