Help choose new camera

Hi

I have a faulty fujifilm finepix e550, every picture has these weird lines across. Its out of warranty and fujifilm have quoted me 89.99 to repair it or 34.50 as a trade in if I buy another camera.

They give you around 30 cameras to choose from and I think I have narrowed them down to 2:

FinePix Z100fd

FinePix S5700

They are both the same price at £63 and thats including my trade in. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on which one I should get.

Thanks

Re: Help choose new camera

Not sure on the first one - but I have a FUJI S5700 which has just earned its keep in Egypt when my Canon 20D died !!

Have a look on my flickr site - look at the EGYPT pics and there are two folders - one lot taken with the Fuji - all seem pretty good to me
