Case for Canon A70?

Hi

Received Canon A70 from Digital Depot yesterday (complete with free tripod and free 256mb memory card!), looks great and very easy to use.

Anyone got recommendations for a case (only for the camera - I've already got one of the bigger ones for holding batteries, memory cards etc).

So far though, recommended!

Have a look at the compact Lowe Pro range.

A friend bought the A70 and got a small Lowe Pro pouch to go with it. It's very snug fitting and very well padded.

Hi

Just to let everyone know that I've gone for the LowePro D-Res 10. Apparently, it holds four extra batteries too, found this website
http://www.waddingtonphoto.com/acata..._10_AW_86.html

(linked from the Lowe website), good thing is it has free delivery on Lowe bags - result!

Price for LowePro D-Res 10 is £13.00 inc.

Cheers

He bought his from Jessops, but, as you've ordered one, that's a little irrelevant now

is that one going to be big enough? Just looked at the link, and, although it's a crappy photo, it doesn't look that big.

Apparently yes - a few people have ordered them in the forums on dpreview.com but I'll soon find out!

Well I've got the case yesterday (the LowePro D-Res 10) and I can confirm for any budding Canon A70 users who after a case, it fits just fine (if anything I was quite surprised how big it is - not that's it's huge or anything but just larger than the standard camera).

It can take the camera, 4/8 batteries and a few memory cards (there are special compartments for the memory cards). Just wait until you see all the padding inside - I get the impression you could drop the case from a great height and the camera would still be ok! One other unique feature is the waterproof cover which goes over the bag!

So that's it - got my camera, charger and bag now time to start taking some serious pics - first impressions are very good though and the pics so far have come out very well!

Cheers

Case For Fuji S602

well, everything turned out OK for you

Now does anyone have some suggestions for me?
I have a caseless Fuji S602 zoom.

The Lowepro case recommended for that camera is the 40AW.

That looks like it has space for camera + memory + batteries plus lenses!!

I just need camera + memory + batteries.

If I have to I'll go into a hi street store and check out some bags, but does anyone have a suggestion of a bag they've used with a Fuji S602 ?
