Two Birds

Not my most usual of subjects but here's a couple from today taken with the Pentax K10D & 50-20mm lens.

I like the second shot, is there someway to lighten the bird's head so it stands out a bit more?

Both really nice shots and think the water droplets in both add to them, although number two is also my fave as well
