[raspoblast]

Hi,
Firstly i'm a new user to both this forum and posting in general. Please bear with me. My little boy has managed to get his hands into my Epson R300 and pulled out the encoder strip. The printer obviously then came up with an error message "General error message see your printer documentation for information about clearing the error". We managed to thread the strip back throught the print head, but has made no difference, still the same message. Have tried the 3 button reset and also downloaded ssc facility. Am a bit wary about using it though as it seems to be for resetting ink problems. So am now stuck. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
