Not had too many chances to shoot anything recently but after seeing some of the amazing images Guy and others produce here as well as some from DWF i have developed an unhealthy love of wedding shots. Now, I know its not gonna be that easy so my mate who is a wedding photographer and I had a conversation and he has agreed to let me shoot as No2 to learn a bit.
So today I have my first taste, its a small affair a registrar wedding, but keep thinking what have I let myself in for LOL
Looking forward to learning and get some shooting done, hope I can help make the couple's day a little more memorable.

Best tip - look at a ridiculous amount of wedding photography, get a feel of what makes a good shot so its easier to recognise on the day.

Thanks for the tips, had a great day, to be honest my mate/boss made it easy for me handling all the set shots and just let me mingle and do candids, basically gave me no preasure and let me experiance what you have to do. Hope I get more oppertunities to do more of this.
Was out last night so only had time to quickly post some pics to my flickr to let my "boss" some of my results.

Just out of interest I noticed there is a copyright on the pictures, is that yours or your Boss/friend’s?
If it’s ‘his’ does he retain the copyright to your work?

Its my copyright logo, still to set up a site though lol. I have however said to my mate if he wants anything I shot its his to do as he pleases.
