First gig in a while, shot with a Canon 5D and an 85mm 1.8 on loan from a mate. Nice set, light lent itself to the singers and I got some nice hard light netting some low key work as well as some nice rim light going on.

All cliched but then its gig photography where you maximise the light and make it work for you.

The band have been short listed to support Bon Jovi in Bristol on 27th June, hence these promo shots.

Another great set and glad to see the "Nikon problem" is not stopping you working.

The shot of the drummer; great expression on his face and the blur of the stick make it my favourite.

Yep, #3 for me too, you caught the moment really well there and its a really nice composition too.

I went to see The Handsome Family last night at the Glee Club in Brum, didn't take my camera as I thought that photography was not allowed. There was a sign up saying no photography so I was happy and then the chap introducing them said photography was allowed but no flash........kicked myself!!!
